With Asset Management being a cornerstone of efficient operations and decision-making, the Reedy Creek Improvement District (RCID) took a major step to prepare for the future by teaming up with EPIC Engineering. After completing an in-depth Asset Management Study and presenting our findings, RCID has access to industry standard solutions that will ensure their longterm success and that meet their specific needs – arming them with data insights for improved operational efficiency! Our project deliverable included not only insight into what options would be best suited but also an implementation plan for Project management Support.
