EPIC Engineering was up for the task of optimizing an application for the IT infrastructure to meet the diverse set of business needs across the School Board of Seminole County, supporting both staff and students. The SCPS One dashboard-style application comes as the result of board’s significant investment into their digital framework over a multi-phased rollout. With the input of stakeholders, the SCSP ONE Application was designed as an innovative, web-based platform that met or exceeded the standards and security protocols set by the board. SCPS ONE seamlessly integrated into the existing infrastructure, including point of sale systems, to harvest the data needed to produce various dashboards, drill-down reports, data entry forms to support the various data reporting and analysis needs.

EPIC was proud to be chosen for this unique project, developing a dashboard style application that met an incredible range of business needs. They worked hard to create the core framework and first module – Dining Services – and went on to successfully develop an Assessment & Accountability Module too. SCPS ONE proudly resides within SBSC IT infrastructure thanks in no small part due close collaboration with the stakeholders there while adhering strictly to their standards and security protocols. EPIC is dedicated to making the world a better place for our children. This project is a testament of that goal by developing innovative solutions for data reporting and analysis of educational assessment as well as working towards providing essential nourishment needs, aiming to streamline this process with maximum effect and minimal waste.
