Key Responsibilities
- Partner with account managers to support discovery calls, product demos, and technical proposals
- Customize presentations and SOWs to reflect operational challenges and regulatory mandates specific to airports, transit hubs, and public works departments
- Assess client requirements and design tailored SaaS and IT service bundles across permitting, inspections, GIS mapping, asset tracking, and maintenance scheduling
- Translate RFIs/RFPs into strategic response frameworks and technical specifications
- Coordinate with Delivery and Product teams to ensure client-specific workflows and integrations are feasible
- Assist with pilot programs, sandbox configurations, and onboarding planning
- Maintain fluency in FAA standards, municipal procurement processes, and public sector compliance protocols
- Identify expansion opportunities within active client portfolios (e.g., additional modules, integrations, training)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Consulting with public sector clients
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with systems used in municipal or airport operations (GIS, CMMS, workflow automation)
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience navigating government procurement cycles and funding processes
Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., FAA A.C.E., PMP, AWS Solutions Architect)
- Previous experience working with DOTs, city engineering departments, or airport authorities
- Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, cybersecurity controls, and accessibility standards
- Ability to guide clients through change management and digital transformation initiatives
